Initial Contact/Admission

A new client can submit an inquiry by going to the Contact page. You will receive a call for a brief consultation to assess compatibility and appropriate matches. Once the initial session is set up, you will receive an email that will include a link to your own portal and forms that needs to be completed prior to your appointment. 

Note: Submission of an inquiry WILL NOT guarantee admission.

I only accept clients ages 16 and up

Insurance and Payment 

Accepted Insurances:

  • Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Cigna

  • AETNA

  • Insurance that is listed under Headway (Please see website)

  • Out of Network

Additional note: I use Headway to bill for insurance. While Headway accepts other insurances that are not mentioned above, please check the website to see if your insurance is on the list. 

 

Accepted payments: 

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Credit Card

Rates:

If you are not covered by one of the above insurances, you will be charged for a fee per session. 

Initial Mental Health Assessment: $220

Fee for 60-minutes session: $200

Fee for 45-minutes session: $170

​

Please note: If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged a fee of $100.
